ASTIR PALACE RENOVATION/ RECONSTUCTION

The surveying works for the renovation/ reconstruction of Astir Palace have begun.

The project budget is at 68.4€ million and includes the renovation of the two existing hotels, Arion Resort & Spa and Nafsika, as well as the redevelopment of green areas.

Aksm has undertook the internal condition survey of the two hotels as well as the administration building. Also is responsible for the setting out of the internal drywall partitions.

The reconstruction is expected to be completed by the end of June 2018.
Construction company of the project is AKTOR S.A.
