Beginning of the surveying works for the construction of the new office complex building of the Anangel shipping company – Kallithea Attica

The surveying works for the construction of the new office complex building, where the headquarters of the Anangel Maritime Group of Companies will be located, have begun. The new location is between the streets Tagmatarhou Plessa – Doiranis – Ahilleos – Lamprou Katsoni at Kallithea, Attica.

The building consists of four underground floors and seven upper floors covering approximately an area of about 30 000 m2. This project refers to the construction of geothermy, the watertight basin and the concrete structural frame with the incorporated E/M infrastructure works.

In this complex there will be administration and office spaces of the company, educational centre, shipping departments, and private basement parking area. Also, complementary spaces will be included, such as Museum, Library, Cafe for the Administration, Offices of the Foundation, Gym, Amphitheatre and Restaurant.
