Our story starts on 2001, when Alexander Karditsas, started his own business from a 5 m2 basement in Zografou Athens. Continuously investing over the years, staying ahead of technology and innovation, today AKSM’s headquarter is based on a 460 m2 building in Mesogeion Avenue in Athens, providing a variety of turn key surveying services across the world, for developers, contractors, engineers, project managers, investors or government bodies. After 24 years our mission remains the same, to work closely with clients, fully understanding their individual needs, providing the highest standards of quality and service.

From conventional surveying applications to high accuracy demanding surveying services our teams have so far successfully completed more than 3000 projects, in Construction industry providing turn key surveying solutions including QA / QC services, in BIM industry providing Laser Scan, Scan2BiM and AR services, in addition to high accuracy surveying applications including deformation monitoring and reverse engineering services.

Our Lady of Tinos (Παναγία Ευαγγελίστρια της Tήνου), is the major Marian shrine in Greece.
The church was designed by the architect Efstratios Kalonaris in the Renaissance style and was inaugurated in 1830.
Since then it constitutes the major Christian pilgrimage in Greece.
As monument's maintenance time is arriving, AKSM undertook the responsibility to prepare appropriate layouts based on SCAN2BIM
and Scan2CAD workflows, exploiting the innovative Slam technology of NavVis.
